Every broadcaster must obtain a license for operating a radio or a television station before they begin disseminating their program. • daily broadcasting time,
  • number of days in a week the program is broadcast,
  • description of the program (the station’s mission: strategy, target audience, and the target territory of dissemination, the role of the station, and the basic content foundations of the station: the main focus points for content, diversity of genre and theme, description of content, methods used for informing the public, etc.),
  • weekly average for each individual type of content in daily broadcasting time,
  • weekly average of in-house content shares in daily broadcasting time,
  • weekly average of shares for each individual type of in-house content in daily broadcasting time,
  • weekly average of shares of daily broadcast of Slovenian music or music production of Slovenian artist and performers,
  • share of production of Slovenian audiovisual works in yearly broadcasting time.
