A decision on the initiation of a public tender with a public auction for assigning radio frequencies for the provision of public communication services has been published in the Official Gazette no 114 on the 31 Dec 2013.
Bidders are invited to submit their tenders in accordance with the decision on the initiation of a public tender and the tender documentation. The documents published below are unofficial translations of the official documents that can be accessed here.
Tenders will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on 17 Feb 2014.
Two examples on how to fill in chapter I.6 LOTS FOR WHICH THE APPLICANT IS INTERESTED (THE INITIAL BID) for all 3 scenarios (I.6.1 Default scenario, I.6.2 Alternative scenario 1, and I.6.3 Alternative scenario 2) can be found here.
CORRECTION
Some corrections have been made to both documents (Decision on the initiation of a public tender and Tender documentation) on 7 Jan 2013. Both files that can be downloaded from the website have been updated, and we have also added the list of corrections below.
EXAMPLES OF SOME POSSIBLE MISTAKES IN FORMS FOR INITIAL BIDS
WARNING: The above are just a few examples of possible errors. Responsibility of the applicant is to submit duly completed initial bids for all three scenarios (Forms I.6.1, I.6.2 and I.6.3). In accordance with section E.2.1 of tender documentation an application which does not contain the indicated forms or which in relation thereto are improper shall be excluded from the procedure. The applicants should tale care not to exceed the overall spectrum cap 2 x 105 MHz FDD across the 800 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2100 MHz, and 2600 MHz bands, existing spectrum holdings in the 2100 MHz FDD band are included.
APPENDIX
On the 8 Jan 2013 we added files regarding the lists of settlements from the Tender Documentation in .shp format (WGS84, GK without leading 5) plus IDs of municipalities and ID of settlements (added to existing NA_MID).
Due to the difficulties when using data on settlements revised files including appropriate DBF file are published.
