What are mobile connections and how to get the frequencies to use them?

Mobile connections are connections where at least one of the radios is mobile. These include GSM, UMTS, radios used in taxis, and walkie talkies. It is a system of radio connections that allow communication in movement, when people stop, or at fixed locations which are not known in advance.
 
A permit or a decision about frequency allocation is required before mobile connections can be used. This permit is issued by the Agency following a user’s application. The Agency observes the provisions of the Electronic Communication Act, the Regulation on the radio frequency utilization plan, and the General Act on radio frequency utilization.
