Frequency allocation for public networks

Public networks are mobile systems, and terminals to be used in these networks can be bought freely in stores, however, they can only be used in the system with a signed subscription contract or the operator’s permission. GSM, UMTS, MMDS, BWA, and MWS systems fall within this group.

Radio frequencies, allocated by the General Act on radio frequency utilization plan (NURF-1a) for TRA-ECS, digital cellular systems, MWS or BWA applications can be used in public networks.
