The agency has awarded the Tenderer in the selection process for delivery of professional consulting services and access to the software for the implementation of complex multiobject multiround electronic auction for awarding radio frequencies in the 800 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2100mhz and 2600 MHz frequency bands. After revision of the received offers, the agency concluded that the most advantageous offer was received by DotEcon Ltd, 17 Welbeck Street, London W1G 9XJ, Great Britain.
