Modifications of Tender Documentation for selection of tenderer to deliver professional consulting services and access to the software for the implementation of complex multiobject multiround electronic auction for awarding radio frequencies in the 700 MH

Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia (hereinafter: Agency) begun a public procurement procedure whose subject is to choose the Tenderer to deliver professional consulting services and access to the software for the implementation of complex multiobject multiround electronic auction for awarding radio frequencies in the 700 MHz, 1400 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2100 MHz, 2300 MHz, 3500 MHz and 3700 MHz frequency bands. Information on the public tender were published on Procurement portal and Tenders Electronic Daily on the 21 November 2014. On the 27 November and 23 December modifications of Tender Documentation were also published on both portals.

Additional modifications of Tender Documentation were published on Procurement portal and on Tender Electronic Daily on the 16 January 2015.

Modifications are made in:

1. Chapter II. (OFFER), point 6 of Tender Documentation: date 21.1.2015 from first paragraph is changed into 23.1.2015;
2. Chapter III. (PUBLIC OPENING OF OFFERS) of Tender Documentation: date 21.1.2015 from first paragraph is changed into 23.1.2015;
3. Form 3 (Draft Contract), first paragraph of Article 24: duration of the contract is changed from two into three years.
