Draft Information Memorandum and Annex 6: The list of settlements

We have published the updated version of the unofficial translation of the Draft Information Memorandum. The updated version also includes Annex 6 and clarification of text of Chapter 5.2.1 General coverage and rollout obligations (second paragraph).

All of the other information regarding commenting of document remain unchanged and are still available here.
